The newsletter concept was created by R2b Media Ltd and MD David Laud following extensive research of business leaders in the UK. The research identified that businesses were most concerned about the ever present threat and entanglement of employment legislation yet were not prepared to employ legally qualified staff to deal with the issues.

HReSource sought to meet the needs of the busy and pressed HR professional and business owner manager by delivering 3 key topics each month.

Since launch the service has attracted over 15,000 subscribers across the UK from HR Directors and Chief Executives to SME business owners and department managers.

The monthly update is supported by a team of senior employment lawyers across the UK so you can be sure that the content is accurate and expertly written.

Through consultation with our business partner law firms we understood that many companies who had signed up to employment litigation insurance products were dissatisfied with the level of service and advice.

As a result we discussed our needs with a number of leading UK insurers and identified one outstanding underwriting team.
